1. Shipping is fast and track-able. We ship out in 24 hours after payment. After shipping, we will email you the tracking number of package and courier’s website.

2. We take full responsibility for missing package or damaged package.


We offer 60 days return and refund policy.

1. If the product arrives correctly and flawlessly and you want to return it, you pay for return shipping expense. You can return the package to our Amazon warehouse address as long as Amazon operates business in your country. If amazon does not have warehouse in your country, you need to send the package across border to our US, Canadian, European, South African, Australian or Asian warehouse address.

2. If the product arrives with quality issue or you receive wrong order, we give you partial or full refund or ship you replacement, at the same time you do not need to return the received package. But you need to contact our support team and provide the pictured proof - including shipping label, packing, product from different angles.

3. After using, if the product has issue in quality within 60 days, we can give you partial refund maximally 70% of the sale price or we can send replacement.
